1. Responsible for the modification research and development of general rubber, special rubber, rubber additives (vulcanizing agents, accelerators) and other products;
2. Responsible for the development and application of new materials (new formulas), new products, and new processes;
3. Application and implementation of technical projects;
4. Responsible for conducting research on new processes in the field, designing and integrating technical routes, building new process experimental platforms, optimizing processes, and mass producing processes.
